How to Book a Virtual or Phone Appointment
Option 1: Book Online
1. Click on the following link: https://tometabolicclinic.inputhealth.com/ebooking#new
2. Select whether you are an “existing patient” or “new patient” and input details including name, health card information, date of birth, and contact. Ensure our records have accurate and up to date information.
3. Select “Virtual Visit” for virtual appointment or "Toronto Metabolic Clinic" for phone appointment.
4. Select type of appointment: “Follow Up Visit with Physician” or “Initial Consultation with Physician”
5. Select Dr. Benoit’s name.
6. Choose appointment date and time.
7. Complete the Questionnaires.
Option 2: Book Manually
Call the office at 647-341-4517 or email us at info@torontometabolicclinic.com to book your appointment.
