Jessica Zabroky is a graduate of Nutrition and Wellness at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico. After graduating in 2011, she worked at the Cambridge Weight Plan Mexico, providing care and support to patients to facilitate successful weight loss. Her role progressed to providing training to physicians and fellow dietitian colleagues, and speaking at conferences on weight management.
After coming to Canada, she completed the Internationally Trained Dietitians Pre-Registration Program at Ryerson University in her pursuit to become a registered dietitian.
Having completed various clinical internships in chronic disease management, Jessica’s experience is well-rounded and includes nutrition care for a diverse patient population within the areas of diabetes, heart disease, weight management, arthritis, kidney disease, and pregnancy. Her work has included one-on-one counselling sessions, group education classes, workshops, and cooking demonstrations.
Jessica uses a highly personalized and patient-centred approach working collaboratively with clients to make gradual and lasting lifestyle changes. With an evidence-based perspective, Jessica helps clients achieve their specific, individualized nutrition goals to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
Jessica is currently licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is a member of Dietitians of Canada. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
