Accessing Messages from the Patient Portal
Patients of the Toronto Metabolic Clinic can access any messages that the the clinic has sent to them by logging into the Patient Portal at any time by following these steps:
Go to https://tometabolicclinic.inputhealth.com/portal in your web browser, you will see this page to login:
Select “OHIP” for ID Type.
Enter your Health Card number (without the 2 alphabets at the end) in the “ID Number/Code” field.

Select “Apply.”
In the “Email or Phone” field, select the method you would like to receive the one-time passcode to log In (i.e. Mobile or Email) and then enter the corresponding information.

Select “Apply” and then “Next.”
Enter the one-time passcode received in your Email or Cell Phone.
Select the “Stay logged in” box if you trust the device you are using. Once you selected this box, you will not require to enter the one-time passcode to log In for a set period of time.
Select the number of days you would like to stay logged in and then select “Accept.” (You can stay logged in from 1 day to 30 days).
Select the number of days you would like to stay logged in and then select “Accept.” (You can stay logged in from 1 day to 30 days).
Select “Login” to log into the Patient Portal.
Select “Messages” to see all of the messages that the Toronto Metabolic Clinic has sent to you.
Click on a message to open it. For example, to view a message with your Blood Work Requisition, click on the message with the Title “Blood Work Requisition”
Once the message is opened and read, scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the Attachment - this is the Blood Work Requisition.
Click on the "Attachment" to download it onto your device.
Click on the "Attachment" to download it onto your device.
Once the Blood Work Requisition is downloaded onto your device, you can print it from your device any time that is convenient for you.
